🧘‍♀️✨ As the year begins to wind down, why not make a little space for yourself? 🤍

Manomaya yoga classes are a chance to slow down, stretch away the stresses of the day and find a little calm amidst the busyness of life. Think cosy vibes, gentle movement, a deep breath out and time just for YOU.

Whether you’re a regular or have been thinking about giving yoga a try, you’ll always be welcome on the mat. No experience needed, just bring yourself, a mat, a drink and a blanket. 🧦

✨ Come and move, breathe and unwind with us as we gently close out the year.
