What next? You have to recover from that surgery while simultaneously feeding, holding, and caring for a newborn.

There is no ‘easy’ way to give birth. Whether it’s a normal delivery or a C-section, it takes a massive amount of courage. Be proud of your scar, and be proud of your journey!
