Venkata Swamy Sir
He has always been my favorite teacher from childhood. He taught me Social Studies during my 6th and 7th grade.
He played a key role in helping me get admitted into AP Residential School and has continued to guide me in my higher education and career journey.

Recently, under my counseling, he underwent cataract surgery and regained good vision.

Today, he visited my eye clinic for eye screening and refraction. I prescribed him opticals and medication as needed.

It was truly a great honor and emotional moment to treat my own teacher after 25 years.
The love and affection he has shown me has remained unchanged over all these years.

Thank you so much, Sir. 🙏

Namaste to All Government & Private Teachers 🪷
Here’s a golden opportunity from Eye Mitra Vision Centers!

👁️ Good eyesight = Academic Excellence

A child with clear vision develops:
✅ Better academic skills
✅ A sharper mind
✅ Confidence – a true asset to the family

But...
🚫 A child with undiagnosed eye problems may suffer silently
🚫 If not treated early, the child may become visually handicapped

❗ Why Early Eye Screening Is Crucial ❗
👶 Child can’t complain – immature mind
👩 Mother can’t identify – innocence
👩‍🏫 Teacher may miss it – unawareness

⚠️ Unnoticed defects = Poor development + No academic excellence

Omega-3 fatty acids are essential nutrients that provide many health benefits to your body, including your eyes! Recent research shows that omega-3 fatty acid supplementation is beneficial for reducing dry eye disease (DED) symptoms. DED is a common condition that causes symptoms such as discomfort and blurred vision. Inflammation of the ocular surface is believed to play a key role in the development of DED. Researchers found that omega-3 fatty acid supplementation results in a significant decrease in DED signs and symptoms. Since omega-3 fatty acids have anti-inflammatory effects on corneal epithelial cells, they are believed to help reduce inflammation of the ocular surface. Ask your optometrist if taking dietary supplements can help your dry eye symptoms!
