Your pelvic floor doesn’t only ask for attention when you’re leaking. 👀

There are other signs your body might be giving you — from pelvic pressure and discomfort to difficulty emptying your bladder or bowel, pain during s*x, or feeling like something just isn’t quite right.

These symptoms are easy to dismiss, especially when you’ve been told they’re “normal after childbirth” or “just part of getting older.”

But you don’t have to ignore them. Your pelvic floor deserves care too. 🤍

Some weekends are about switching off. Some are about showing up, learning, sharing and growing. 🤖✨

A wonderful weekend of exchanging ideas, picking up the finer nuances of robotic surgery, learning from colleagues and experts, and discovering that the best part of any journey is the people you meet along the way. 🌍

Colleagues from across the world became friends, conversations became inspiration, and every interaction reminded me of one simple truth:

There is no endpoint to getting better.
There is no endpoint to knowledge.
There is always another nuance to learn, another perspective to discover, another level to aspire to.

And perhaps that is the real wisdom gained — the more you learn, the more you realise there is still to learn. ❤️

Grateful for the learning, the laughter, the friendships and the inspiration. Here’s to always staying curious and always striving to be better. 🙏✨

Your body doesn’t stay the same as you move through life—and neither should the way you care for it. 💙

From your 20s to your 60s and beyond, hormones, metabolism, bone health, pelvic floor, periods, and reproductive health can all change in different ways.

Knowing what to expect doesn’t mean accepting every change as “just ageing.” It means knowing what is normal, what needs attention, and when to seek help.

Swipe through to understand the changes your body may go through in each decade—and remember, every woman’s journey is different.
