Supine to sit on the ball — one small movement, one big step toward independent sitting. 🧠

This exercise looks simple, but it's doing a lot of work: building trunk control, activating core and postural muscles, and teaching the body how to organize itself against gravity — all foundational skills needed before a child can sit independently.

For kids working on gross motor delays, this kind of graded, hands-on practice (not just "sit them up and hope") is what actually builds the strength and body awareness to get there.

Every rep on the ball is a rep toward sitting on their own.
