O**M Hospitals is run by Neonatal Care & Research Institute (NCRI), an organization formed by a group of doctors with national and international experience in the field of Paediatrics and Gynaecology. Our aim is to deliver standardized, high quality, patient-centric, effective healthcare solutions in the field of Maternal and Child health across India

O**M Hospitals want to bring about positive change in the field of maternal health and neonatal care by implementing best practices during the antenatal period( Before the delivery) so that the health of the newborns can be improved. We want to reduce the mortality and morbidity for newborns in hospitals across rural and urban India. O**M Hospitals envisages to create a team of doctors, nurses, parents; everybody working together to provide the best care to women, infants and children. Our in-house training curriculum is based on international clinical protocols, safe practices for doctors & nursing staff and effective communication to patients and caregivers. This ensures that our team of hospitals, doctors, nurses and support staff are always equipped with the latest clinical knowledge and are able to offer patient care that is participative, impactful and compassionate.

Every successful outcome in neonatal care is the result of clinical excellence, multidisciplinary collaboration, and unwavering commitment.

We are honoured that The Times of India (Bangalore Times) featured the inspiring journey of a micro-preemie born at just 25 weeks, weighing only 680 grams, who overcame critical medical challenges after receiving advanced care in the NICU at O**m Hospitals.

Managing an extremely premature infant requires precision, evidence-based protocols, advanced neonatal technology, and continuous monitoring. This milestone reflects the dedication of our Neonatology team, led by Dr. Vijay Kumar and Dr. Hemanth Balakrishnan, along with the collective efforts of our NICU nurses and multidisciplinary care teams.
