What if your life were a wheel?

Not everything needs to be perfect. But when one part of life feels neglected, you can feel the wobble.

How are you doing across the things that shape everyday life?

→ Wealth: Do I feel financially in control?
→ Wellness: Do I have the energy for the life I want?
→ Community: Do I have people who really get this stage?
→ Agile Living: Am I still learning something new?

The point isn’t to score yourself.

It’s to notice where you are, ask what needs attention, and make small shifts before the wobble becomes the norm.

So, if you rated your life right now, would your wheel roll or wobble?

Two weeks and a room full of different lives, different questions, and different versions of what “next” might mean.

As part of Manotsava - National Mental Health Festival pre-sharing circles, we spent time noticing what has shifted, what still feels true, and what we may have been treating as fixed without really checking.

There were conversations, deep reflections, sketches of possible futures, and small experiments to take forward. But perhaps the most meaningful part was simply having the time to pause and ask: What do I actually want from what comes next?

Thank you to everyone who came with questions, curiosity and the courage to be honest. Here is to what comes next, and everything we are still figuring out.

Sometimes, the most powerful part of a sharing circle is simply hearing someone say what you thought you were the only one experiencing. 💜

In our Midlife & Sleep Sharing Circle, one person spoke openly about struggling with sleep for years. Three people immediately nodded, a simple moment of recognition that said so much: you are not alone in this.

Because sometimes, being heard is the beginning of feeling lighter.

There is a point in life when the goal shifts.

Not because you have less to offer, but because you have more to pass on.
In the Indian tradition, Vanaprastha marks the stage between building and being. Traditionally associated with 50–75, it was a time to step back, reflect, mentor and transmit what you’ve learned.

Maybe we can look at this stage differently today.
From accumulating to transmitting.
From proving to mentoring.
From doing everything to choosing what matters.
From noise to contemplation.

Your 50s, 60s and beyond don’t have to be a winding down.

They can be a redirection.

What would your golden hour look like if you stopped thinking about what you are leaving behind and started asking what you want to pass forward?

Sometimes, the best way forward is to pause.

Making Sense of Your Transitions is a two-day retreat to step back, notice what’s shifting beneath the surface, reflect on the patterns shaping your choices, and find perspective on what matters now.

You have not arrived at midlife empty-handed.

You are carrying years of experience, pattern recognition, hard-won clarity, confidence, relationships, and a much clearer sense of what matters to you.
What looks like a career break, a change in direction, or a question about “what next?” may actually be the visible tip of something much bigger.

The next chapter does not have to start from scratch.
It can be built on everything that came before.

Sometimes, figuring out what comes next does not happen alone.

It happens when you sit with others, hear different stories, and realise you’re not the only one asking the question.

A little note from one of our Sharing Circles. 💛
