About Me

Bridging the Material and Spiritual

I am Nithya (pronounced Nith-ya), the heart and soul behind Shrītva - a sacred space for inner healing, spiritual embodiment, and transformational awakening. My own journey into Embodied Wisdom restarted in 2010 when I reconnected with energy, intuition, and higher guidance. A pivotal turning point came in 2015 when I began working with my deeply va

lued mentor, guide, and friend, Aastha Gulati. Her presence catalyzed a deeper Remembering within me - a return to who I truly am. Though I eventually found success as a software engineer, there was a void - a silent ache that no outward achievement could fill. My purpose became piercingly clear only after the shattering grief of losing my second pregnancy in 2010. That loss opened a threshold I could no longer ignore, leading me inward to five years of unlearning and finding my own rhythm again. I learned that the spiritual is not "woo-woo," and energy work is not separate or special. It is as essential and grounded as breathing. My lifelong mission, which started with wanting to help people think differently as a child, is now realized by bridging the material and the sacred for others. As a 6/3 Reflector (Human Design) and Tithi Shūnya-born soul, I embody the stillness that reflects your truth. I am a grounded mirror for your essence - an energetic prism through which healing, remembrance, and transformation unfold. My work blends intuitive guidance, subconscious embodied reframing and integration, and soul mentoring, all held within the sacred architecture of The Soul Root Codex, The ARE Life, and The Purpose Pathway: three living frameworks that together bridge consciousness, psychology, and energetic alchemy. The ARE Life embodies the rhythm of Allow – Respond – Embody - the very heartbeat of transformation. The Purpose Pathway guides you through seven clear steps of soul alignment, helping you trace wounds back to wisdom and integrate change from within. The Soul Root Codex reveals the energetic and emotional roots behind life patterns. All three frameworks serve one purpose: to guide you back to BEing your true essence. Shrītva is deeply rooted in Shunyaivaham - the sacred state of stillness from which all true transformation begins. With more than 15 years of committed experience in inner alchemy, I support grounded seekers navigating spiritual breakthroughs, identity shifts, and emotional healing. This is your sacred invitation to transform from the core and BEing your true essence. 💫

Certain moments of life hits you hard – so hard that you will find it truly challenging to find some hope. And, its okay to feel so. At that point of time, nothing might seem to work. Years of spiritual practice, meditation, affirmations, healing methodologies, positive self-talk – everything can seem to fail. And, that is okay. That is perfectly fine.

Those don’t mean you are talking negatively to yourself or your body or Universe. At that time, if you are feeling angry, so be it. If you feel like crying, so be it. Let those emotions move through you. That is also healing.

If you don’t feel like holding a positive space in that scenario, so be it. It is quite natural. Eventually, when the tide subsides, you will find your way back. The darkness will slowly pave way to light. Till then, it is okay to feel whatever you have been feeling,

You are not wrong. That is also spiritual growth. That is also healing.

Aggression as attention-seeking

When a child feels ignored at a toddler stage, especially when the parents are unable to render the care and love the child seeks due to whatsoever reasons, aggression becomes a coping strategy - to gain attention of parents.

The child's nervous system learns: stillness and need go unmet, but disruption gets a response. Even negative attention (scolding, alarm, intervention, or physical punishment) confirms presence. The parent shows up. The circuit gets wired.

What gets locked in

Not just a behavior - a belief: I have to be loud/disruptive/forceful to matter. The aggression isn't the problem. It's the most intelligent solution available to a pre-verbal or early-verbal child with no other leverage.

The adult residue

This wires forward as:

Conflict-seeking in relationships (unconsciously manufacturing friction to feel seen)
Intensity as a baseline (calm feels like invisibility)
Difficulty receiving quiet, consistent love - it doesn't register as real
Equating aggression with aliveness

The core wound underneath
Not anger. Hunger. The aggression is just hunger wearing armor.

Aggression is still trying to get its need met - just in the wrong arena, with the wrong people, decades later.

What actually moves it

Not insight alone. The injustice needs to be witnessed - ideally first by the person themselves. Self-acknowledgment: yes, that was real, that was unfair, and I carried it alone. That's usually the first genuine release point.

It feels easier said than done. It takes time, but you the mere understanding of this can break the loop you were unknowingly holding onto.

Sometimes, you do hit a rock bottom - you cry out in pain, you feel helpless and lost - however spiritually evolved you are. And, that is okay. There is nothing wrong in that. You are not out of alignment. It is just that the phase requires you to be like that. Be okay with that. Be okay with feeling helpless. You don't have to judge yourself.

The ARE Rhythm Tapping Script - Single Point Tapping

Tap on your collarbone and say to yourself:
My thoughts are not the boss of me.
I see you, brain. I am not you.
I am good. Right here. Right now.

Repeat three times and you are there.
How does it feel?

The ARE Rhythm Micro Practice

ALLOW
“Oh, this wants attention.” Notice it like background noise, with a smile – just like you observe a naughty toddler.

RESPOND
Mentally say – “This is a transit experience.” Drop it like exiting a chat.

EMBODY
Do a small reset move – a half smile, a knowing nod, anything fun and just walk off like you had some fun moment.

Light. Repeatable. Slightly amusing – that is what makes it stick.

A - Allow
Something just happened and you felt it. That is okay. Just let it sit there like a cloud passing by. You don't have to do anything with it.

R - Respond
Now blow out your birthday candles - one big slow breath out. Feels good, right?

E - Embody
Stomp your feet twice. Look around and find something red, something blue, something that makes you smile.

Done. You just did it.

16/04/2026

For the next 24 hours - every time you say sorry, pause right after.

Ask yourself three things:

Did I actually do something wrong?
Whose voice does this apology sound like?
What was I afraid would happen if I didn't apologize?

Don't judge what comes up. Don't try to fix it.

Just watch. That witnessing is where it begins to lose its hold.

New Moon in Aries: The Fire of Initiation ♈🔥

Core Themes

The Urge for Autonomy: You may feel a powerful internal push to "break away" from old structures. Security is found in your own strength and independence, but a "shadow" side can lead to irritability if you feel restricted by others.

Impulse vs. Intent: Aries energy is raw and electric. The psychological goal is to shift from "I am waiting for permission" to "I am the initiator," allowing you to finally launch projects that have been stuck in the conceptual phase.

Emotional Resilience through Courage: There is a tendency to process deep feelings through physical movement or confrontation. You might find emotional relief in "burning off" stress through high-intensity activities or by finally speaking a truth you’ve been holding back.

Potential Challenges
Impatience: The mind may feel ahead of the body, leading to frustration with slow-moving processes or people.

Combustibility: Under this "fire" moon, minor annoyances can feel like personal attacks, leading to a tendency to react before thinking.

Burnout: The desire to do everything at once can lead to a massive spike in energy followed by a total crash if you don't pace yourself.
Grounding Tips

Move the Energy: Since Aries rules the head and the blood, physical movement is essential. Engage in a "moving meditation" like a brisk walk or a new cooking idea - to channel the excess fire constructively.

The "First Step" List: Use the pioneering power of Aries to write down only the first step of three different goals. Focus entirely on the act of starting rather than the complexity of finishing.

Cool the System: Aries energy can manifest as "heat" (headaches or tension). Drinking cooling herbal teas or applying a cool compress to the forehead can help anchor your nervous system when things feel too intense.

Are you ready?
