Sometimes it’s not about doing something big.

It’s about noticing.
Stepping in.
And giving her a moment to just be.

These small moments…
mean more than we realise.

You just fed your baby…
and they’re crying again.

And somewhere in your head, the questions start:

Am I not enough?
Is my milk not enough?

I see this come up a lot with new moms.

Cluster feeding isn’t your baby rejecting you.
It’s your baby needing more of you.

But that doesn’t make it easy.

It’s exhausting.
It’s overwhelming.
And no one really prepares you for how intense it feels.

If this is you right now
you’re not doing anything wrong.

This phase is hard… not you.

Follow .in for honest postpartum support that actually understands what you’re going through.

Not every postpartum struggle looks like depression.

Many mothers experience overwhelm, identity shifts, guilt, and mental exhaustion after having a baby even when they love their child deeply.

Sometimes, this is postpartum adjustment; a response to one of the biggest life changes you’ll ever go through.

Understanding this isn’t about labeling yourself.
It’s about making sense of what you’re feeling.

And whatever you’re experiencing, it deserves support.

Comment “ADJUST” and I’ll send you a free guide explaining the difference.

Some mothers don’t need advice in that moment.
They don’t need someone to “fix” things.

Sometimes they just need to hear:
“I see how hard you’re trying.” ❤️

A little reassurance can soften an exhausting day more than people realize.

If you’re a partner to a mother- notice her, appreciate her, say it out loud.
And if you’re the mom holding everything together today… you’re doing better than you think.

What’s one sentence every overwhelmed mom deserves to hear?👇

When my baby was born early and spent time in the NICU, feeding became the one thing that made me feel in control.

I measured every drop.
Tracked every minute.
Watched every feed closely.

Somewhere along the way my brain created this rule:

If my baby drinks enough = my baby is safe.

So when my doctor suggested exclusive breastfeeding and I couldn’t see the numbers anymore, my anxiety got louder.

Looking back, it wasn’t really about the milk.

It was my brain trying to make sure my baby was okay.

Postpartum feeding anxiety is real, and many mothers go through it silently.

If feeding ever made you anxious too, you’re not alone.

Did feeding ever make you anxious in those early days? Share below your story might help another mom feel less alone.

Most people think postpartum lasts 6 weeks.

At the 6-week checkup you’re cleared to exercise and return to normal life.

But pregnancy changes your hormones, brain, body, sleep, and identity.

And real recovery can take 12–24 months.

So if you’re months into motherhood and still feel exhausted, emotional, or unlike yourself…

You’re not behind.
You’re still healing.

How many months postpartum are you right now?

Those NICU days felt endless.

Every update felt like everything.

Every beep of a monitor made my heart race.

But then came the day I finally held him without wires in the way.

And the day we brought him home…
no machines, no nurses — just us.

If you saw him now, you’d never know how tiny and fragile he once was.

NICU wasn’t the beginning I imagined.
But it made me stronger than I ever knew I could be.

If you’re in the NICU right now, hold on. Your homecoming day is coming.
