As a psychologist, one of the most common things I hear is —
"I know what I should feel. I just don't know how to sit with it."

That's exactly who this journal was written for.
Not for the ones looking for a quick fix.
For the ones who are already aware — but need a safe, gentle place to actually land.

Journaling isn't therapy. But done mindfully, it can be one of the most honest conversations you'll ever have.
With yourself.

If the idea of sitting quietly with a pen feels even slightly relieving — that's not a small thing. That's your signal. 🕊️

Two Wings of a Bird is less about fixing you.
It's about accompanying you.

Begin gently. Trust your rhythm. 🎶
Your journal is not meant to be perfect—it's meant to be yours. Save this as a reminder when you sit down to write.

Have you ever noticed how some thoughts only arrive at night?
When the world quiets down, the lamp is dim, and there’s no one left to perform for—only yourself.

This journal was created for those moments.
Not to fix what’s broken, not to rush clarity—but to sit with what’s real. I’ve seen, again and again in my clinical work, how writing in safe, unhurried ways helps emotions soften, settle, and find language. When feelings are written, they don’t have to stay heavy inside the body.

Two Wings of a Bird is an invitation to pause.
To listen inward. To hold your experiences with kindness rather than judgement. You don’t need to know what you’re feeling before you begin—sometimes the writing helps you discover it.

If you’ve been carrying more than you say out loud,
this journal is meant to sit beside you—quietly, patiently—until you’re ready to write.
