Your mind is racing. Your breath can fix it in 60 seconds.

Try the Steady Hold 4-3-5
Inhale 4 counts through the nose — fill from the belly up
Hold for 3 — stay soft, stay still
Exhale for 5 — let it all go

Just 5 breaths a minute to reset your nervous system, slow your heart, and bring you back to the present.

Do 3 rounds and notice the shift in your body and mind.

Save this for when you need it

Comment "CALM" if you felt the shift after 1 round.

I’ve realised that sometimes, fear doesn’t come from what is happening around us.

It comes from the thoughts we keep repeating within us.

“What if I fail?”
“What if it doesn’t happen?”
“Maybe I’m not good enough.”

I’ve had these thoughts too. But I’m learning to change the conversation with myself.

Instead of “I can’t,” I choose
Let me try.

Instead of “It won’t happen,”
I choose “I will take one step at a time.”

Faith doesn’t mean I have no fear.
It means I don’t allow fear to decide my next step.

When anger rises, don't respond to the EVENT.
Respond to the OUTCOME

1. PAUSE & NOTICE — Is this a fact or story?
2. NAME & SOFTEN — "I feel anger visiting. I see you, you are safe."
3. RESET WITH BREATH — Box breathing 4-4-4-4 + ground your feet
4. RETURN TO CALM — Who do I want to be after this moment?
