We plan everything—
career, education, travel… even retirement.

And today, many women plan pregnancy only when they feel ready.
That’s a good thing.

But here’s what we’re seeing more often—
young women walking into clinics with low AMH,
completely shocked…
because they assumed fertility would wait.

Suddenly, pregnancy doesn’t feel so simple.

That’s why fertility awareness matters.

👉 A simple blood test + ultrasound can assess your ovarian reserve
👉 It helps you understand your timeline
👉 It gives you the power to plan better

Reach out to your doctor.
Start the conversation early.

Because informed decisions today…
are far better than regrets later.

“Doctor, I just want a safe contraceptive…”

It’s one of the most common questions I hear.
But here’s the truth—there is no single “safest” method for everyone.

What’s safe depends on your body, your lifestyle, your plans for pregnancy, and your medical history.

Choosing contraception isn’t just about avoiding pregnancy—
it’s about choosing what suits YOU without fear or confusion.

✨ Pills?
✨ Copper-T?
✨ Hormonal methods?
✨ Natural methods?

Each has its place—when chosen right.

Don’t rely on hearsay or fear. Get the right guidance.

🤍 You deserve clarity.
🤍 You deserve safe, informed choices.

Domino’s doesn’t give free dip with every order.
But in healthcare?
Apparently, I must give free consultation inside the scan room—
or I’m “arrogant.”

A husband barges in while I’m examining another patient.
I ask him to step out.
Next thing? 1 star —because pati parmeshwar was “disrespected.”

I don’t store injections in my clinic—1 star.
I follow protocol and store them—still 1 star.

I recommend a better specialist for a second opinion—1 star.
I refer for a scan at night for safety—1 star (because I referred).
I diagnose based on clinical judgement without unnecessary tests—1 star (because I didn’t scan).

Not once was my diagnosis wrong.
Not once was my treatment .

So what exactly is the right way?

Somewhere between
doing too much and doing too little,
being strict and being “nice,”
being ethical and being “pleasing”…

Ratings get decided.

Should I worry about myself…
or the system that rewards convenience over correctness?

**I sat back to analyse my 1⭐ reviews.
Not to react—but to truly reflect.**

To understand…
what I could have done differently.

As I read through them,
I began to notice a pattern.

Often, it wasn’t just one review—
but one from the husband,
then the wife,
then sometimes other family members.

The same experience,
seen through different emotions.

And I paused to think…
maybe this is not just about medicine.

Maybe it’s also about expectations,
fear,
confusion,
and how healthcare is perceived.

A patient expects a quick word during a scan—
when I choose to keep that space focused,
it may come across as being distant or “arrogant.”

A husband walks in while I’m examining another patient.
When I ask him to step out,
it may feel like disrespect.

When I don’t keep injections—
it may feel like lack of readiness.
When I do—
it may raise doubts.

When I suggest a second opinion,
or refer for a scan at night for safety,
it may feel unnecessary or worrying.

When reports are said to be “normal,”
but I still prescribe treatment based on clinical judgement,
it can feel confusing—
*“If everything is normal, why medicines?”*

Even a small moment—
like sharing a light laugh during consultation—
can sometimes be misunderstood.

And through all of this, I reminded myself—

**Not once was my diagnosis wrong.
Not once was my treatment compromised.**

Medicine is not just science.
It is also trust, communication, and perception.

And sometimes,
even when the intention is right,
the experience may not feel right.

So this is not a moment of defensiveness.
It’s a moment of awareness.

To explain better.
To communicate more.
To bridge that gap.

**But also—to stay firm where it matters.**

**Medicine is a service—
but not at the cost of ethics.**

**If doing the right thing sometimes feels uncomfortable,
or even earns a 1⭐…
I’ll still choose it. Every single time .

Sharing a success story ✨

A difficult journey.
Emotional setbacks.
Uncertainty about the chances.

But hope was strong.
Prayers continued.
And we focused on the right evaluation and carefully planned treatment.

Today’s scan — two gestational sacs seen 👶👶
A moment filled with relief, gratitude, and quiet happiness.

Science guides us.
Hope sustains us.
And sometimes… both come together to create beautiful beginnings ❤️
