Easemycancer

Easemycancer A supportive-care space for cancer journeys. Gentle. Evidence-based. Human. EaseMyCancer is a virtual supportive-care platform for cancer patients and caregivers.

We are not a hospital, nor an alternative therapy centre. We exist to support the often-unseen parts of the cancer journey, the emotional, physical, and psychological challenges that arise alongside treatment. Our care is built around four pillars:
• Onco Yoga & Rehabilitation
• Emotional Wellbeing
• Psycho-Oncology
• Onco Nutrition

All our programs are evidence-based, delivered by trained onco-specialists, and designed to adapt to each individual’s treatment stage and energy levels. EaseMyCancer was founded by Parul Agarwal, a Wellness Coach and Onco Yoga Specialist, shaped by her experience as a caregiver to her mother during cancer treatment. That journey made one thing clear: no one should have to go through cancer feeling unheard or unsupported. We work alongside medical treatment, offering care that is gentle, compassionate, and grounded in science, so patients and caregivers feel supported, not overwhelmed.

Whether you’re still in treatment, finished with it, or supporting a loved one through this journey, you’re not alone when you feel fear and uncertainty.

This World Cancer Survivor Month, we’re making space for the conversations that we’re sometimes scared to have. Join us as we hear from Dr. Supreeth R.N., Medical Oncologist at Sri Shankara Cancer Hospital, in conversation with a cancer survivor and a caregiver.

Our webinar on Understanding the Fear of Recurrence will take place on 4th July at 6 pm.

Save this for later, share it with someone who needs to feel heard, understood and supported, and watch this space for more details.

There is a lot of fear and misinformation around cancer — and sometimes, what we believe can delay early detection and treatment.

In this series, we break down common myths and replace them with facts that are backed by science and clinical evidence.

Because when it comes to cancer, awareness is not about fear — it is about understanding, early action, and making informed decisions.

Knowledge can reduce anxiety, empower better choices, and potentially save lives.

Feeling tired despite doing “everything right” is more common than most people realize.

And sometimes, it has less to do with age and more to do with what is changing quietly beneath the surface.

This is a conversation we don’t hear often enough — but one that could change the way you think about your health.

Stay connected. We’ll be sharing more very soon.

Today, on World Ovarian Cancer Day, this is your reminder that not every symptom should be ignored just because it feels “common.”

Persistent bloating. Feeling full too quickly. Pelvic discomfort. Changes in urination. Ongoing fatigue.
Sometimes the body whispers long before it screams.

Awareness is not about creating fear.
It’s about helping women recognize when something feels consistently different in their body and giving themselves permission to not dismiss it.

Early conversations. Early checkups. Early attention.
They can make a difference.

And to everyone navigating ovarian cancer right now in treatment, recovery, remission, or uncertainty you are so much more than a diagnosis. 🤍

Something we hear often from patients…

Not as a warning.
Not as blame.
Just a reflection.

In the middle of doing everything,
we sometimes stop listening to ourselves.

A gentle reminder —
pause, check in, and stay aware of your body.

It matters more than we think.

Cancer care doesn’t pause between appointments. Worries surface at odd hours. Caregivers carry questions they don’t know where to take. Small concerns can feel enormous when there’s no one to reach.

Care beyond sessions means the support system stays on — not just during scheduled time, but in the moments that actually need it.

Because continuity of care is care too. 🤍

The cancer journey doesn’t just affect the body. It brings fears, grief, and emotions that are hard to name — let alone share, even with the people closest to you.

Psycho-oncology support exists for exactly this. A safe, guided space with experts who understand the specific emotional weight of a cancer diagnosis — where you can speak openly, feel heard, and know you’re not alone.
Because healing isn’t only physical. 🤍
