Trying at the wrong time could be the reason you're not conceiving. 🤍

Many couples don't realize that pregnancy is only possible during the fertile window—not every day of the menstrual cycle.

✨ How to estimate ovulation:
➡️ Ovulation usually happens about 14 days before your next period, not necessarily on Day 14.

For example:
• 28-day cycle → Ovulation around Day 14
• 30-day cycle → Around Day 16
• 35-day cycle → Around Day 21

Your fertile window is the 5 days before ovulation and the day of ovulation. Having in*******se every 1–2 days during this time gives you the best chance of conception.

Pregnancy mein baar-baar ultrasound karwana zaroori hai? 🤔

Not really!

Normal pregnancy mein minimum 4 -5 important ultrasounds hote hain:

🤍 6–8 weeks – Baby ki heartbeat aur pregnancy confirm karne ke liye.
🤍 11–13+6 weeks (NT Scan) – Early screening aur baby ki growth check karne ke liye.
🤍 18–22 weeks (Anomaly Scan) – Baby ke organs properly develop ho rahe hain ya nahi.
🤍 32–34 weeks (Growth Scan) – Baby ki growth, position aur fluid check karne ke liye.

⚠️ Agar pregnancy high-risk ho ya koi concern ho, toh aapke doctor extra scans bhi advise kar sakte hain.
