Navratri Day 4 - Maa Kushmanda Puja
Navratri 4th day is dedicated to worship of Maa Kushmanda - The fourth form of the NavDurga. Kushmanda symbolizes as Ku means little, Ushma means energy and Anda means cosmic egg. Here the whole universe is represented as a cosmic egg and the Devi is believed to end the darkness with her divine smile. Maa Kushmanda has eight hands; because of that, she is also known as Ashtabhuja Devi.

ಚಾಂದ್ರಮಾನಯುಗಾದಿಃ,
ವಸಂತನವರಾತ್ರಾರಂಭಃ,

ಚೈತ್ರಮಾಸಿ ಜಗದ್ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಾ ಸಸರ್ಜ ಪ್ರಥಮೇ ಹನಿ | ಶುಕ್ಲಪಕ್ಷೇ ಸಮಗ್ರಂತು ತದಾ ಸೂರ್ಯೋದಯೇ ಸತಿ||

ಯುಗಾದಿ ಎಂದರೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯ ಆರಂಭ,ಯುಗಾರಂಭ.
ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷಾರಂಭ.
ಚೈತ್ರಮಾಸದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭದ ಸೂರ್ಯೋದಯದ ವೇಳೆ; ಚತುರ್ಮುಖ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದನು ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ಪೂರ್ವಜರ, ಪುರಾಣಕಾರರ ಹೇಳಿಕೆ.

ನಮ್ಮ ಪಂಚಾಂಗದ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಎರಡು ಯುಗಾದಿ ಆಚರಣೆ.
೧.ಚಾಂದ್ರಮಾನ ಯುಗಾದಿ
೨.ಸೌರಮಾನ ಯುಗಾದಿ .

ಆಚರಣೆ ಹೇಗೆ ?
ಅಂದು ಮಂಗಳ ಸ್ನಾನ, ಹೊಸವಸ್ತ್ರಧಾರಣೆ, ಮನೆಮುಂದೆ ತಳಿರು-ತೋರಣ,ರಂಗೋಲಿ ವೈವಿಧ್ಯ, ಪಂಚಾಂಗ ಶ್ರವಣ, ಸಿಹಿ ಅಡುಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಬೇವು-ಬೆಲ್ಲ ಸೇವನೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಹಂಚುವಿಕೆ.

ಈ ಪ್ಲವನಾಮ ಸಂವತ್ಸರವು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಯುರಾರೋಗ್ಯ, ಸುಖಸಂಪತ್ತು ದೊರಕಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟು ದೇಶ ಸುಭಿಕ್ಷವಾಗಲೆಂದು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸೋಣ.

Jai Hanuman..
One who lives for ever — immortal.

जाके बल से गिरिवर कांपे। रोग दोष जाके निकट न झांके॥

It is said that the era that is going on now is kaliyug (कलियुग ).
Negativity is spreading fast all over the world. There are many people who remain negative.
Humans are becoming violent in Kaliyuga. Lord Hanuman is immortal and lives in every age.

According to the Hindu mythology, there are seven immortal personalities living on this planet Earth.

अश्वत्थामा बलिर्व्यासो हनुमांश्च विभीषणः।
कृपः परशुरामश्च सप्तैते चिरंजीविनः ।।

Ashwathama Balirvyaso Hanumansch Vibhishana |
Kripah Parshuramasch Saptete Chiranjivanah ||

One who has attained immortality is called a Chiranjivi. The term Chiranjivi is a Sanskrit word, derived from the combination of Chiram (meaning, permanent) and Jivi (meaning lived). So, Chiranjivi means one who lives for ever — immortal.

As Veeranjaneya swamy (Hanuman who referred as Veeranjaneya swamy), he is strong in both devotion and physical strength. He is an ocean of virtues and friend of the pure hearted.

If you want to boost the confidence of the workers at your workplace, enthusiasm, success, then it is auspicious to place Veeranjaneya swamy's photo at your workplace.

KEEP SILENCE ..

Silence is the first and simplest step on the spiritual path.

There are two ways to practice silence:

One is through absence of thought.
The other ,through fullness of thought.
The second is productive of great strength.

When we try to empty the mind,there is danger of its falling into dull negative state.

When on the contracy we are able to fill the mind with one dynamic thought, not only does it fortify us again
st outer and inner dangers, but of itself it will empty the mind of all alien thoughts.

The idea of silence is not merely avoiding action ; it is bringing all our scattered and undisciplined forces wholly under our control.

ॐ सर्वे भवन्तु सुखिनः।
सर्वे सन्तु निरामयाः।
सर्वे भद्राणि पश्यन्तु।
मा कश्चित् दुःख भाग्भवेत्॥
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः॥

KEEP ON WALKING..

It doesn't matter how many times you fall,what's matters most is how you be able to stand up after your biggest down fall.

What youngsters need to remember is that hard work and discipline are the foundations for success in life.

As the celebrated king-turned Bhartruhari had said centuries ago, men are of three kinds :

👉There are cowards,who do not begin their work at all afraid that some trouble May arise midway.
👉 Then there are those who begin but later give up the task, afraid of the difficulties that arise.
👉 The third set are brave people who continue to work in spite of an army of difficulties,and finally achieve the goal.

प्रारभ्यते न खलु विघ्नभयेन नीचैः
प्रारभ्य विघ्नविहता विरमन्ति मध्याः ।
विघ्नैः पुनः पुनरपि प्रतिहन्यमानाः
प्रारब्धमुत्तमजना न परित्यजन्ति ॥
