EMPOWERING WOMEN AGED 40-55 TO NAVIGATE THE CHALLENGES OF MENOPAUSE WITH CONFIDENCE AND EASE THROUGH TAILORED YOGA TECHNIQUES AND MEDITATION , FOSTERING STRENGTH, BALANCE AND HOLISTIC WELL-BEING

19/08/2026

2years ago. One yoga pose. A reminder I still need today. 🧘‍♀️

I came across this old photo today and thought—why not share it?

Because sometimes we look at an old picture and think, “I was so much more flexible/strong/fit then…”

But that's not the point.

Our bodies change.
Our hormones change.
Our priorities change.

And especially during menopause, yoga shouldn't be about forcing your body into a pose.

It should be about building strength, improving mobility, finding balance and learning to listen to your body. 🤍

So yes, this picture is 2 years old.

But my belief in yoga for midlife women is stronger than ever. 🌸

Your body is not your enemy.
It is your home. Take care of it.

If you're a woman navigating 40+ and want to use yoga to feel stronger, calmer and more connected to your body, follow Menopause Yoga Tribe.

🌈 My Colourful Breakfast Plate
A colourful breakfast is not just about making your plate look pretty!

It’s about giving your body a variety of nutrients to start the day.

🌱 Sprouted moong — protein + fibre
🌽 Corn — energy + fibre
❤️ Pomegranate — goodness of fruit
🌰 Almonds & walnuts — healthy fats
🎃 Seeds — minerals + healthy fats
🫒 Olives — healthy fats
🌴 Dates — natural sweetness

And the best part? Different colours = different nutrients. 🌈

As women, especially during the menopause years, I believe we should stop thinking only about “How many calories?” and start asking:
“What nourishment am I giving my body?” ❤️

This is what my breakfast looked like today.

Would you eat this breakfast? 👇
Save this idea for your next colourful breakfast! 🌈

Overthinking is not always a sign that something is wrong with you. Sometimes, your mind simply needs an anchor. 🧠🌿

Kirtan Kriya is a beautiful meditation practice using Sa Ta Na Ma, combined with finger movements and mindful awareness.

Ideally, practise for 12 minutes:
🔊 2 min loud
🤫 2 min whisper
🧘‍♀️ 4 min silent
🤫 2 min whisper
🔊 2 min loud
And if you're a beginner, start with whatever duration feels comfortable and gradually build up. ❤️

Especially during menopause, when stress, sleep changes and mental restlessness can feel overwhelming, creating a little pause for yourself can be powerful.
Don't fight your thoughts. Give your mind an anchor.

💾 Save this Guru Gyaan and try Kirtan Kriya today.
And tell me below: Are you an overthinker? 👇

Feeling stiff, tight or less flexible as you move through your 40s and beyond?

Your body isn't failing.
It may simply need regular, mindful movement. 🌿

Wide-legged forward folds like this can be incorporated into a yoga practice to work on mobility around the hips, hamstrings and back body—without forcing yourself into a deeper range.

And remember:
Yoga is not about touching the floor.
It's about learning to listen to your body.
If you're navigating menopause and want to build a stronger, more flexible and calmer body, you're in the right place. 💛

Save this Reel for your next gentle yoga practice.
And tell me in the comments:
Are your hips or hamstrings feeling tighter these days?

Your shoulders and core need extra attention during menopause. 🌸

Hormonal changes can lead to stiffness, poor posture, muscle loss, and back discomfort.

Today's mini routine:
✨ Shoulder stretch to release tension
✨ Leg raises to gently strengthen your core

You don't need an hour at the gym. Just a few mindful minutes every day can help you move with more strength and confidence.

💛 Move with your body, not against it.

⚠️ If you have severe back pain, hernia, or have recently undergone abdominal surgery, consult your healthcare provider or practice a modified version.

💬 Comment "STRONG" if you're ready to build strength after 40.

Brain challenge activity

06/08/2026

🧠 When was the last time you challenged your brain?
Our brain loves learning new things.
One simple way to do that is by using your non-dominant hand for everyday tasks.

Try:
🪥 Brushing your teeth
🍎 Cutting fruits
🚪 Opening doors
💻 Using your computer mouse
💇 Combing your hair

It may feel awkward at first—that's because your brain is working differently.

For women experiencing menopause-related brain fog or difficulty concentrating, small activities that engage the brain can be a useful addition to an overall healthy lifestyle.

🪔 Today's Guruvaar ka Gyaan: Step out of autopilot and challenge your brain.

👇 Tell me in the comments:
Which activity will you try today with your opposite hand?
💾 Save this reel and challenge yourself for the next 7 days.
📤 Share it with a friend who loves brain health tips.

A calm breath is one of the simplest ways to begin supporting your well-being during menopause.

🌿 Start your Pranayama with Shankh Mudra
Before beginning your breathing practice, spend a minute with Shankh Mudra.

✨ How to do it:
🤲 Open one palm.
👍 Place the thumb of the opposite hand in the centre of the palm.
✋ Wrap it with the four fingers.
🔄 Rotate the hands and join the opposite thumb with the fingers to form Shankh Mudra.

Now close your eyes, take 5–10 slow, deep breaths, and then continue with your favourite pranayama.

Sometimes, the simplest rituals help us slow down and become more present before we begin.

💚 Save this reel and try it before your next Pranayama session.
👇 Tell me in the comments:
Which pranayama do you practice most often?
🌬️ Anulom Vilom
🐝 Bhramari
🫁 Deep Breathing
🌞 Kapalabhati
