Your personality isn’t boring. Your habits are.

I grew up in a house full of brilliant, funny, quick-witted people.

So I learned to stay silent. I thought I had nothing worth saying.

Even with my closest friends, my mind was never quiet:
“What should I say? Will this sound stupid?”

I wasn’t listening to them. I was busy trying to sound interesting.

Then one line changed everything:

Stop trying to be interesting. Start being interested.

I stopped asking “What should I say?”
And started asking “What makes this person light up?”

I stopped performing. I started connecting.

People don’t remember the most impressive person in the room.
They remember the one who made them feel genuinely seen.

If you felt this, you’re not boring. You just need to unlearn the habit.

Zakir Khan pointed out something huge: our confidence often shifts depending on who we’re standing next to. If you’re comparing followers, status, or success, your confidence will always fluctuate! 📉📈

Instead of asking, “What do they think of me?”, try shifting your focus:
1️⃣ Contribution: How can I bring value or brighten someone’s day?
2️⃣ Learning: What can I learn from the people in this room?

Shift from Comparison → Contribution and watch your true confidence unlock. 💡🧠

Most people think it’s about willpower. It’s not.
It’s Reward Prediction Error — the same system that keeps you refreshing your feed hoping the “better” video is next.

Do you believe everything someone says about you?

Do you believe everything someone says about you?

If someone calls you “not good enough,” does that make it a fact?

If someone says you’re too emotional, too ambitious, too quiet, or too much… is it automatically true?

No.

An opinion is simply someone’s perception, shaped by their experiences, beliefs, fears, and limitations. It is not your identity.

Before accepting what someone says about you, pause and ask yourself:

“Is this a fact… or just an opinion?”

The moment you stop treating opinions as facts, you stop giving other people the power to define your worth.

✨ Protect your mind.
✨ Question the story.
✨ Choose your truth.

👇 Have you ever believed an opinion about yourself that later turned out to be false? Share your experience in the comments.
