A case of Ruptured Ectopic Pregnancy with diffuse haemoperitoneum. Laparoscopic Salpingectomy was performed. Special thanks to the radiologist Dr. Sayan Bhowmick who came from home at night to perform ultrasound at a time when the patient was unable to sit due to this huge amount of blood in her abdominal cavity and Dr. Sourav Dey who took the risk of putting this patient under anesthesia at midnight when her pulse was very feeble and BP was almost unrecordable. As usual Suman and Joy assisted me smoothly in OT. Post-operative period was uneventful and patient recovered very fast (Open surgery would have made her recovery prolonged)

This patient was having AUB (Abnormal Uterine Bleeding) with nothing found on ultrasound even after repeated attempts and multiple blood tests. Diagnostic Hysteroscopy was planned and this Submucous Fibroid was found (7 o’clock position). It popped out on reducing intrauterine pressure.

Laparoscopic Myomectomy for 6cm*6cm Fibroid (Figo 4). Removal was done by Morcellation and uterus was covered with adhesion barrier sheet.

Hysteroscopy can be of great help where USG is inconclusive!
One patient presented with abnormal uterine bleeding with a history of miscarriage few months back for which surgical evacuation was done. Bleeding remained the same even after different forms of medical treatment and USG was inconclusive. She was known to have Bicornuate uterus.
Hysteroscopy was conducted. On entering uterine cavity, retained product of conception( RPOC) was seen close to right ostium. It remained there even after surgical evacuation done earlier probably because of Bicornuate uterus, resulting in uterine bleeding.
Hysteroscopy guided evacuation of retained products was done and right ostium was visible at the end the procedure.
