Self care se aksar log ek dusra meaning nikal lete hai. Iska mtlb basically yeh hota hai ki woh saari cheezon pe dhyaan dena jo aapki well-being ko support kre. Wellbeing mtlb ki physical body level pe, mental mind level pe, emotional level pe aap ek better life jeeye. Iska mtlb yeh bilkul ni hai ki self care pe dhyaan deke, aap selfish ho jaaoge and aapka basic nature affect ho jaayega and isse aap dusre logon ko help krna band kar doge! Aapka giving nature affects ho jaayega!
Basically, agar self care pe dhyaan ni diya, toh ek tym aisa aa sakta hai jab aapka jo basic nature hai, aap vaisa nahi reh paayenge.
For ex- Agar aapko logon ki help krna accha lagta hai, and aapne apne wellbeing pe dhyaan ni diya, dusro mein hi Lage rehte ho, then, ek tym baad aapko logon ki help krne ke liye bhi ek struggle mehsoos hoga andar se and aap andar se ghutan sa feel kar sakte ho!

Agar aapko family ke liye mehnat krna acha lagta hai taaki aapki family ek behtar life jee sake, but, iss process mein aapne apne liye kabhi time ni nikala. Har tym bass family hi mind mein chalta rehta hai, despite aapne apni family ke liye enough kaam krr rhe ho on a daily basis! Toh aapko khud pe gussa aane lagega ek tym, apni life acchi ni lagne lagegi and as a result, aapka mental wellbeing affect hogi.
Isliye, self care pe dhyaan dena is not imp but necessary. Aisa koi kaam jisme aap involved hai sirf apne saath, like maybe walk krna akele, gaane sunna akele, apne se baatein krna, 15-20 min ke liye meditation mein apni saason pe focus krna, apni physical body ko healthy rakhna, apne aap ko rewards ya gift dena, apne pe paise kharch karna, apne aap ko tym by tym पीठ थपथपाते huye shabashi dena and kehna apna naam leke ki "Very Good"..
Yeh sab cheezein har insaan ke liye jaruri hai.
