🧘‍♀️International Yoga Day 2026 at UDMRI🧘‍♂️

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, UDMRI organized a series of activities to promote the importance of yoga for physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

📚 Awareness Seminar: "Yoga and Dentistry"
Over 100 undergraduate students participated in an engaging session highlighting the role of yoga in stress management, posture improvement, enhanced concentration, and prevention of musculoskeletal issues in dental practice.

🧘Yoga Session for Hostel Residents
A rejuvenating yoga session was conducted for hostel residents and faculty members, with 30 participants practicing yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation to promote overall wellness.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and reinforced the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life for a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
