b) Read instructions and details of candidates
c) Click on *vote now*

STEP 2 :
a) Login again to validate your credentials using e-mail id and password ( same as above )

STEP 3 :
a) Click on *generate 8 digit verification code*
b) Code sent to e-mail id and mobile number

STEP 4 :
a) Enter 8 digit verification code

STEP 5 :
a) Click on *cast vote*
b) List of contestants will be displayed
c) Select your *candidates and cities*
Ex A) 1- President, 😎 2- Vice President and so on

STEP 6 :
a) Selected contestants name is displayed
b) Option to *deselect* , if needed
c) Click on *proceed*

STEP 7 :
a) Review your selection, if desired
b) Click on *submit ballot*

STEP 8 :
a)Success page will be displayed
b)Wait till the process is completed
c)Reciept sent to your mobile number and e-mail id.

It literally takes 2-3 minutes.

I am truly honored as I release the maiden IADVL Yuva Cell Bulletin. The excellent writing and content in this bulletin is a clear reflection of the attitude and the very spirit of the YUVA cell. A cell which is still in its infancy, and whose genesis was eclipsed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The incessant support from my convenor Dr Rashmi, my core committee, senior advisors and the IADVL EC has been the core driving force for this motivation.

This first edition of the Yuva Bulletin provides a tremendous amount of information spanning various subjects - the machinery of the Yuva Cell, the activities planned and executed, efforts to educate and curtail the pandemic, quick tips from the successful QuaranTEN sessions, grievances and outreach programmes. All in all, a medium for the youth to express themselves and establish a connect with other IADVL members and executives. I would like to place on record the many hours invested by the chief editors Dr Ishmeet and Dr Deepak and all the authors and contributors who helped shape this bulletin into its current form. I thank the IADVL EC once again for this opportunity.
