In vitro fertilization (IVF) is considered safe when performed by experienced professionals in accredited clinics.
It’s closely monitored throughout the process, minimizing risks.
Additionally, advancements in technology and medical expertise have improved success rates and reduced complications.

✨ However, like any medical procedure, there are still potential risks and side effects, so it’s essential to discuss these with a healthcare provider before proceeding.

Providing first aid during an asthma attack can be crucial in helping someone manage their symptoms until medical help arrives. Here are six steps you can take:

1. Stay Calm: It’s essential to remain calm to help the person having the asthma attack stay calm as well. Panic can worsen their symptoms.
2. Assist Them to Sit Upright: Help the person sit in a comfortable upright position. This can help ease their breathing by allowing their airways to open up more.
3. Encourage Slow Breaths: Encourage the person to take slow, deep breaths. Breathing too quickly can worsen asthma symptoms, so slow breathing can help them regain control.
4. Use Inhaler: If the person has their inhaler, help them use it according to their prescribed dosage. Inhalers deliver medication directly to the lungs, helping to open up the airways and ease breathing.
5. Stay With Them: Stay with the person until their symptoms improve or until medical help arrives. Reassure them and keep monitoring their condition.
6. Seek Medical Assistance if Necessary: If the person’s symptoms are severe, if they’re struggling to breathe despite using their inhaler, or if they show signs of a severe asthma attack (like bluish lips or fingernails, extreme difficulty breathing, or a feeling that the inhaler isn’t helping), call emergency services immediately.

Remember, it’s crucial to respect the individual’s privacy and autonomy throughout the process. If they prefer to manage their own inhaler, allow them to do so, but stay close by to offer support if needed.

The myth that pregnant women should avoid curd is not scientifically supported. In fact, curd is a good source of calcium and probiotics, which can be beneficial during pregnancy. As long as it’s made from pasteurized milk and stored properly, curd is generally safe to consume during pregnancy.💁🏻‍♀️🤰🏻

Supplements during pregnancy can be important for filling nutritional gaps, ensuring adequate intake of key nutrients like folic acid, iron, calcium, and vitamin D, which are crucial for the health of both the mother and the developing baby. 💊💉
However, they should be taken under the guidance of a healthcare provider to ensure they meet individual needs and are safe for both mother and child.🤶🤰🏻
