Peak summer is here ☀️
And temperatures are crossing 40°C in many places.

Pregnancy itself can make your body feel warmer, more tired, breathless, and dehydrated easily — and extreme heat can make all of this feel even more uncomfortable.

That’s why summer pregnancy care is not just about comfort… it’s about protecting both mother and baby. 🌸 🤍

Here are a few simple ways to stay safe in the heat👇

💧 Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day
🥥 Include coconut water, lemon water, or ORS when needed
👒 Wear loose, light cotton clothes
☀️ Avoid stepping out during peak afternoon heat
🧴 Use sunscreen, caps, or umbrellas outdoors
🥗 Prefer fresh fruits, salads, and home-cooked meals
🛏️ Rest well and stay in cool, well-ventilated spaces

⚠️ Don’t ignore warning signs like dizziness, excessive sweating, dehydration, headache, reduced movements, or feeling faint.

Your body is already doing the beautiful work of creating life.
This summer, give it the extra care, hydration, and gentleness it deserves.

Every body is unique.
Every pregnancy is unique. 💜

Some mothers carry small bumps.
Some show early.
Some grow round, some carry low, some carry high.

And most of the time — all of it can be completely normal ✨
Your doctor will examine , and also check your ultrasound scans to ensure the baby is doing fine.

A bigger bump doesn’t mean a healthier baby.
And a smaller bump doesn’t always mean something is wrong.

The size of the bump can vary because of body type, muscle tone, baby’s position, fluid levels, first or second pregnancy, and so much more.

But somewhere between social media, comparisons, and constant opinions, many mothers begin to question their own journey.

Please remember —
your body is not meant to look like someone else’s pregnancy.

Every mother carries differently.
Every baby grows differently.
And every pregnancy unfolds in its own beautiful way. 🌸

Stop comparing.
Start celebrating the incredible journey your body is creating. 🤍✨

Behind every safe delivery, every reassuring touch, and every moment of calm in chaos, stands a nurse — the first point of care, the silent strength patients lean on, and the unwavering support doctors deeply rely upon.

You are the gentle hands that comfort, the vigilant eyes that never miss a detail, and the compassionate hearts that go far beyond duty to ensure every mother and baby feels cared for, protected, and safe.

Today, on International Nurses Day, I want to express my deepest gratitude to every nurse who works tirelessly with grace, resilience, and humanity. Truly, without you, there is no us.

Happy International Nurses Day. ✨

Let’s prioritize early evaluation for PCOS. Early consultation is super important as on the onset it can be smartly managed.

It is quintessential for healthier hormonal, reproductive and metabolic wellbeing in the long run.

Keeping up with the trends — and apparently, the reviews too 💜
Whether it’s a millennial mama or a Gen Z soul, a kind review still gives me the same little dopamine rush.

Well, Delivering babies is timeless.
Staying relevant across generations? Now that’s a skill 😄✨

Mood swings during pregnancy are very common. Your hormones are on a rollercoaster, thus your emotions as well.

It can occur in the form of irritation, anxiety or sudden mood flips.

This happens due to hormonal shift, fatigue, body changes and over analysing what lies ahead.

What helps :
Rest well 💤
Eat on time 🍎
Move a little 🚶‍♀️
Talk it out with your partner 💬
Be gentle & kind to yourself 💜

If sadness or anxiety feels constant, heavy, or overwhelming; consult your doctor. Everything is going to be fine 💫
