CME Part-2
"Social Media and Brand Building for Doctors"

❓ Can a Doctor Build a Brand Without Being “Salesy”?
❓ What should doctors post on social media—and what should they NEVER post?
❓ Which platform is actually right for a doctor?
❓ How do you turn medical knowledge into content people want to watch?
❓ And what does it really take to make your professional identity… a BRAND?

These were just some of the questions explored in Part 2 of this one-of-its-kind CME at IMA Dwarka—where medicine met social media, communication & personal brand building. 🚀

For the first time in IMA Dwarka, a CME went beyond clinical learning to explore the rapidly changing world of Digital Doctoring & Brand Building.

🎯 What to Post? — The 6 C’s
🎯 7 Types of Hooks that stop the scroll
🎯 Types of Content & Platforms for doctors
🎯 Boundaries: Surviving the Viral Conflict
🎯 The Absolute Bans on Social Media
🎯 And the most important lesson:
“Consistency is your brand.”

👨‍⚕️ Team Cortex brought an entirely different dimension to the CME:
Dr Sachin Arora | Dr Ekansh | Dr Rashi

With 70+ enthusiastic delegates, the session was interactive, practical, contemporary—and most importantly, something doctors could actually take back and use.
Because today, being a great doctor is important.
But communicating your expertise effectively is becoming equally important.

🔥 One CME. One new perspective. One step towards building the future-facing doctor.

🌿 IMA Dwarka CME | Part 1

Management of Respiratory Comorbidities in recurrent respiratory infections- An allergists perspective.

Beyond Antibiotics in Respiratory Infections
Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections (RTIs) are highly prevalent globally and affect people across all age groups. Yet, a crucial point often gets overlooked — most Upper and Lower Respiratory Tract Infections are viral or allergic in origin, making it important to look beyond antibiotics and explore appropriate, evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

At today’s IMA Dwarka CME, this important clinical perspective was beautifully brought out by Dr Tina Goel, who highlighted the evolving approach to recurrent respiratory infections.

“The future is not just in controlling respiratory symptoms, but in modifying the disease itself — and allergen immunotherapy holds the greatest promise in this journey.”

👩‍⚕️ More than 70 delegates attended the CME, making it an engaging and enriching academic session.

The session was moderated by:
Dr Tushar Arya, President, IMA Dwarka
Dr Naresh Chandra, Finance Secretary, IMA Dwarka

We were also privileged by the presence of several senior members of the IMA Dwarka family, including:
Dr Prakash Lalchandani, Member, DMC
Dr Deepmala Lalchandani, Immediate Past President
Dr Bharati Seth, Past President
…and many other senior colleagues.

A wonderful session of learning, discussion and sharing of clinical insights — reinforcing the importance of looking beyond symptomatic treatment towards disease modification and long-term prevention.

Dr Amit Tyagi
Secretary, IMA Dwarka
