फास्टिङ र PP सुगर मात्रै हेरेर ढुक्क हुनु पर्याप्त हुँदैन।
किनभने Fasting र PP ले परीक्षण गरिएको समयको रक्तचिनीको अवस्था देखाउँछ। तर HbA1c ले विगतका करिब २–३ महिनाको औसत रक्तचिनीको अवस्था बुझ्न मद्दत गर्छ।
त्यसैले Diabetes भएका वा जोखिममा रहेका व्यक्तिहरूले चिकित्सकको सल्लाहअनुसार समय–समयमा HbA1c परीक्षण गर्नु अत्यन्तै महत्वपूर्ण हुन्छ।
👉 सुगर नियन्त्रणमा छ कि छैन, एक दिनको रिपोर्टले होइन—समग्र अवस्थाले बुझौँ।
समयमै जाँच गरौँ, Diabetes लाई नियन्त्रणमा राखौँ।

पिसाबको संक्रमण (UTI) हुनु common समस्या भए पनि, यसको लागि मनलाग्दी antibiotic खानु हुँदैन।
कुन antibiotic प्रभावकारी हुन्छ भन्ने थाहा पाउन Urine Culture & Sensitivity (C/S) test गर्नु अत्यन्तै महत्वपूर्ण हुन्छ। यसले संक्रमण गराउने bacteria कुन हो र कुन antibiotic ले प्रभावकारी रूपमा काम गर्छ भन्ने पत्ता लगाउन मद्दत गर्छ।
अनावश्यक वा गलत antibiotic प्रयोगले antibiotic resistance बढाउन सक्छ। त्यसैले UTI को उपचारमा सही diagnosis, आवश्यक परे Culture & Sensitivity, अनि मात्र उचित antibiotic रोजौँ।
