Food habits that has tobe adopted in pregnancy to avoid constipation.........
1) (Pears (with the skin on), apples, and prunes are excellent choices. Prunes and kiwis ,watermelon ,banana
2) Fill half your plate with leafy greens, broccoli, carrots, and sweet potatoes
3) Replace white rice and refined flour (maida) with complex carbs like oats, ragi, quinoa, and brown rice.
4) cooked lentils, black beans, and chickpeas into your diet.
5) Add a tablespoon of soaked chia seeds or ground flaxseeds to smoothies or curd.
