Brain Light Child Development Center is a multidisciplinary therapy center dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential. Our team of professionals works collaboratively to provide personalized intervention plans for children with developmental delays, speech and language disorders, autism, ADHD, and other special needs.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of pediatric speech and language development and the ability to design and implement individualized therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for children.
Develop individualized therapy plans based on each childโs unique needs.
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to improve speech, articulation, voice, fluency, and language comprehension.
Collaborate closely with parents, occupational therapists, special educators, and psychologists for holistic child development.
Track and document progress, maintain reports, and update parents regularly.
Create engaging, play-based therapy activities to enhance participation and learning.
Participate in parent counseling sessions and team meetings.
Stay updated with the latest research and therapy approaches in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Speech and Hearing, Speech-Language Pathology, or Audiology and Speech Therapy from a recognized institute.
RCI Registration (Rehabilitation Council of India) โ preferred.
Minimum 1โ2 years of experience (freshers with strong clinical skills are also welcome).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and observation skills.
Patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with children.
Work Schedule:
Full-time / Part-time (as per center schedule)
6 days a week
