Sometimes the hardest conversation is the one we have about our own feelings.
Many people struggle to express emotions not because they don’t have them, but because they were
never taught how.
When emotions are dismissed, ignored, or judged, it can feel safer to stay silent.
But emotional expression is not about having the perfect words. It’s about giving yourself permission to
acknowledge what you’re feeling.
Small steps matter. Awareness matters. Honest conversations matter.
💭 What do you find most difficult about expressing your emotions?

Men are often taught to be strong, but rarely taught how to process what they feel.
“Don’t cry.

“Be a man.

“Handle it yourself.

These messages may seem harmless, but over time they can make it difficult for men to express
emotions, ask for support, or admit when they’re struggling.
The truth is, mental health challenges don’t discriminate. Stress, anxiety, loneliness, self-doubt, and
emotional exhaustion can affect anyone.
Strength isn’t about staying silent.
Strength is being honest about what you’re carrying.
Let’s create a world where men feel safe to talk, express, and seek support without judgment.

🌿 “Change is the only constant.”

After a journey spanning HR, motherhood, psychology, counselling, and training, I felt called to revisit facilitation with a fresh perspective after 2 decades, as I had done my earlier TTT (Train the Trainer) certification in the year 2005.

That journey led me to the TET (Transition Edge Transformation) Programme by DEAL Training Solutions under the guidance of Mr. Diwaker Chandra Saraswati Sir Over nine enriching months, I gained new insights, refined facilitation skills, and renewed confidence.

I am grateful to Diwaker Sir, Dilip Sir, my fellow learners, and everyone who supported me along the way. 🙏🏻

▶️ Happy to share that I am now a Certified Independent Facilitator under the patronage of Multinode Solutions through a professional facilitation certification programme by DEAL Training Solutions.

🌿 Looking forward to integrating Psychology with Training & Facilitation to help individuals, teams, leaders, parents, and organisations grow and thrive.

Thank you for your good wishes as I continue this journey of learning, facilitating, and creating meaningful impact.

🌿 She is a familiar and respected voice in the fields of podcasting, psychology, and emotional well-being. Through her conversations, she has created a space where people openly share their stories, experiences, challenges, and growth journeys.

But have you ever wondered about her own story? Her journey?

In this episode of Talking With Expert, Ms. Amita Devnani opens up about her personal and professional journey, the choices that shaped her path, and the lessons she has gathered along the way.

🌿 Listen to her story, in her own words.

▶️ The link to the full episode is available in the bio.

If her journey resonates with you, do share your reflections in the comments. And if you know someone who could use a little inspiration, encouragement, or perspective today, please share this conversation with them.

Sometimes, another person’s journey becomes the reminder we need for our own.

The way you show up in relationships… isn’t random. 💭
🌿 Overthinking texts
🌿 Needing reassurance
🌿 Pulling away when it feels too close
🌿 Or staying even when it hurts
It’s not “too much” or “too little.

It’s what you learned about love.
✨ And what’s learned… can be understood (and healed).
💬 Which one do you relate to the most?

Overthinking isn’t random. 💭
It’s your mind trying to protect you—
from mistakes, rejection, getting hurt.
But the more you overthink…
the more stuck you feel.
🌿 No clarity
🌿 No action
🌿 Just noise
What actually helps?
✨ Pause the spiral
✨ Focus on what you can control
✨ Take one small step
Clarity comes from action, not overthinking.
💬 What’s something you’ve been overthinking lately?

Why don’t they get me?💭
Maybe it’s not about them…
🌿 We listen to reply, not understand
🌿 We assume instead of asking
🌿 We talk, but don’t truly express
No wonder it feels like a gap.
✨ Feeling understood starts with clearer communication.
Say it. Ask it. Express it.
💬 What’s something you wish people understood about you?
