Temper tantrums are a normal part of growing up — but sometimes they’re trying to tell us something more. 💛

From frustration, hunger, tiredness to difficulty expressing emotions, tantrums are a child’s way of communicating. As parents, the key is to know when to stay calm and guide and when to seek professional support.

✨ Reach out for help if tantrums are:
• Very intense or aggressive
• Happening multiple times daily
• Lasting beyond age expectations
• Affecting learning, sleep, or social interaction
• Accompanied by speech delay or developmental concerns

Early guidance can make a lifelong difference. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
✨ Support, not judgment. ✨

Sleep is not a luxury for toddlers — it’s a biological necessity.
During sleep, a child’s brain grows, emotions regulate, immunity strengthens, and learning gets consolidated.

👉 Poor sleep can show up as hyperactivity, tantrums, poor attention, delayed speech, and frequent illness.
👉 Consistent, quality sleep builds better behaviour, stronger memory, and emotional security.

A well-rested toddler is a happier, calmer, and healthier child 💛

Behaviour in Toddlers 👶🧠 | Dr. Himani Narula

Toddlers are not being difficult—they’re communicating the only way they know how.
Tantrums, aggression, stubbornness, or not listening are often signs of developing brain, big emotions, and unmet needs, not bad parenting.

✨ What looks like “bad behaviour” may actually be:
• Limited language skills
• Poor emotional regulation
• Sensory overload
• Need for connection or predictability

Early understanding and the right guidance can make a lifelong difference.
If behaviour feels overwhelming, don’t wait early intervention works.

Early signs of Autism can show up much before a diagnosis.Look out for red flags like poor eye contact, lack of response to name, no pointing or showing, delayed speech, repetitive movements, and limited social interaction.
Early screening = Better outcomes.
If you observe any of these signs, seek a developmental assessment early.
