As part of the Su***de Prevention Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, a series of sessions were conducted for students of 10th and 12th to help them understand the importance of mental health, manage emotions, cope with exam anxiety, and prepare confidently for their exams.

The sessions were designed to be interactive and activity-based, making them both engaging and meaningful for the students.

A heartfelt thanks to Manjuri Bharali ba, my dear friend and senior, for her enthusiasm and support in organizing the program, and to the authorities of Delhi Public School (DPS, Guwahati) for their cooperation and for providing the opportunity to connect with young minds.

Together, we take another step towards building emotionally aware, strong, and resilient youth 🌿💫
