A case of advanced Squamous cell Ca of Urethra involving root of P***s, Sc***um, Perineal soft tissue extending upto Prostatic Urethra. Radical Urethrectomy with Penectomy with Prostatectomy with Bilateral Ilioinguinal lymphadenectomy with Mitrofanoff procedure(Appendicovesicostomy with appendicostomy) with Pelvic floor reconstruction done.

Familial clustering of cancer cases.

Operated two sisters for Ca Breast(both Luminal B) on the same day. One LABC (Post NACT) underwent MRM. Other underwent Breast Conserving Surgery with Modified Matrix Rotation technique. Both discharged on 2nd post op day.

USG guided localisation of metallic clips and corresponding skin marking done. Specimen radiograph showing both the clips. Final HPE showing Complete response.
