June already.

We’re halfway through the year.

Six months can feel like a lifetime when you think about everything you’ve experienced, survived, learned, lost, and grown through.

And yet, six months is also enough time for a life to look completely different from what it does today.

Maybe some things didn’t go according to plan.
Maybe some things turned out better than expected.
Maybe you’re still figuring it out.

But here’s your reminder:
You’re not the same person you were in January 🌸
And you’re not done becoming who you’re meant to be 🌸

Sitar for Mental Health wasn’t just a concert, it was an experience of slowing down, tuning in, and allowing myself to receive the same sense of calm and healing that I often witness in my work.

A small but important reminder that even as therapists, we need moments that pour back into us.
