PCOS doesn’t stay the same throughout life, and neither should the way we manage it.

From irregular periods and acne in your 20s to fertility concerns in your 30s, and overlapping perimenopause symptoms in your 40s, PCOS evolves with age.

The good news? With timely diagnosis, lifestyle changes, and the right medical guidance, PCOS can be managed effectively at every stage.

Your symptoms may change, but taking charge of your health never goes out of style.

Every day, I am reminded that being a doctor is not just about treating illnesses; it's about listening, understanding, supporting, and standing beside my patients through some of the most important moments of their lives.

On this Doctors' Day, I am grateful for the trust my patients place in me, the lessons they teach me, and the opportunity to make a difference, one life at a time.

Here's to compassion, commitment, and the privilege of caring. 🤍

Happy Doctors' Day to all my fellow doctors.

18 years of impact. Countless lives touched. And one mission that continues to stay close to my heart, ensuring that no girl has to compromise her health, education, or dignity because of a lack of menstrual hygiene resources.

I am honored to support the End Period Poverty initiative by Pratyusha Support and Valmiki Foundation as we distribute 10,000 biodegradable sanitary pads to rural and tribal girls. 🌸

Menstrual health is not a privilege. It is a basic right. Through awareness, access, and collective action, we can create a future where every girl can dream, learn, and thrive without barriers.

My heartfelt gratitude to everyone who continues to champion this cause. Together, we can break the silence and build a healthier, more dignified future for young girls across our communities.
