Do you really know what "High Blood Pressure" looks like? ๐ฉบ๐ค
Many people track their BP at home but don't quite know what the numbers mean. Having the right facts is crucial for your health!
In this video (Part 2), we break down High Blood Pressure (Hypertension):
The Baseline: Normal is around 120/80 mmHg (Systolic/Diastolic).
The High Zone: If your lower (diastolic) number stays between 86โ90+ mmHg, or your top (systolic) number climbs to 140โ150+ mmHg, it is considered high.
