✨ কিছু মুহূর্ত শুধু পেশার নয়, হৃদয়েরও… ✨

কয়েক মাস আগে যে ছোট্ট পুঁচকেটাকে নিজের হাতে পৃথিবীর আলো দেখিয়েছিলাম, আজ তার অন্নপ্রাশনে উপস্থিত হয়ে মনটা সত্যিই ভরে গেল। ❤️

ব্যস্ত চিকিৎসক জীবনে সময় বের করে সব প্রিয় মানুষদের জীবনের প্রতিটি বিশেষ দিনে পৌঁছে যাওয়া সবসময় সম্ভব হয় না। প্রতিদিনের ব্যস্ততা, অসংখ্য রোগী আর দায়িত্বের মাঝেও যতটা পারি, এই ছোট ছোট আনন্দের মুহূর্তগুলোর অংশ হয়ে থাকতে চাই।

সব অনুষ্ঠানে পৌঁছতে না পারার একটা আক্ষেপ থেকেই যায়… কিন্তু আজকের এই উষ্ণতা, ভালোবাসা আর আন্তরিক আপ্যায়ন সত্যিই অভিভূত করে দিল। 🥰

যখন সময় ছিল না… শুধু ভরসা ছিল ❤️

সেদিন সবকিছুই যেন হঠাৎ করে খুব দ্রুত ঘটছিল।
একটি utter emergency—একজন মা, ৩৪ সপ্তাহের pregnancy with PPROM (Preterm Prelabour Rupture of Membranes), with previous Caesarean section, আর এক মুহূর্তও নষ্ট করার সুযোগ ছিল না। সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে হয়েছিল দ্রুত, আর প্রতিটি মুহূর্ত ছিল অত্যন্ত মূল্যবান।

সেই কঠিন সময়ে আমাদের পুরো টিম একসঙ্গে লড়াই করেছে। শেষ পর্যন্ত নিরাপদে পৃথিবীর আলো দেখল এক ছোট্ট প্রাণ। ❤️

জন্মের পর baby-কে কিছুদিন NICU-তে থাকতে হয়েছিল। সেই সময়টা ছিল বাবা-মায়ের জন্য উদ্বেগ, অপেক্ষা আর প্রার্থনায় ভরা।

আজ যখন তাঁরা তাঁদের ছোট্ট সোনাকে নিয়ে একটা বড় হাসি মুখে আবার আমার কাছে ফিরে এসেছেন, তখন সত্যিই মনে হয়—একজন চিকিৎসকের কাছে এর চেয়ে বড় প্রাপ্তি আর কী হতে পারে! 🥹❤️

সেদিনের ভয়, উৎকণ্ঠা আর অনিশ্চয়তার পর আজ তাঁদের মুখে নিশ্চিন্ত হাসি—
এটাই আমাদের কাজের সবচেয়ে সুন্দর পুরস্কার। 🌸

প্রতিটি emergency শুধু একটি case নয়…
এর পেছনে থাকে একটি পরিবার, অনেক প্রার্থনা আর একটি নতুন জীবনের অপেক্ষা। 🧿

💗 Pelvic Organ Prolapse — Let’s Talk About It!

A feeling of heaviness, pressure, a vaginal bulge, urinary difficulties or discomfort while walking or doing daily activities?
These symptoms may sometimes be signs of Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP).

Pelvic organ prolapse occurs when the pelvic floor muscles and supporting tissues become weak, allowing the bladder, uterus or re**um to descend from their normal position.

🌸 Who may be at risk?
• Vaginal childbirth, especially multiple deliveries
• Increasing age & menopause
• Chronic constipation or cough
• Obesity
• Repeated heavy lifting
• Previous pelvic surgery

✨ Can you reduce your risk?
Regular pelvic-floor exercises, maintaining a healthy weight, treating constipation and chronic cough, and avoiding unnecessary heavy lifting can help protect your pelvic floor.
