Pregnancy asche na, tahole ei 4 ta important fertility test korun, ja basic infertility check-up e onek shomoy khub useful hoy: AMH, folliculometry, HSG, aar Husband Semen Analysis.

If pregnancy is not happening, not keep guessing. In this video, I talk about 4 crucial fertility tests that are often useful in a basic infertility workup: AMH, folliculometry, HSG, and HSA.

AMH is used to assess ovarian reserve. Folliculometry is a series of ultrasound scans used to monitor follicle growth and ovulation. HSG checks the uterus and fallopian tubes to see if the tubes are open. HSA, or husband semen analysis, helps evaluate male-factor fertility through s***m count, motility, and morphology.

If you are not getting pregnant or are struggling to conceive, these tests may help your doctor identify the real cause earlier and guide the next steps in treatment.

Unwanted pregnancy by mistake? Unplanned pregnancy. Pregnancy rakhte na chaile ki korben?
Positive Pregnancy Test but Don’t Want to Continue?
Ectopic Pregnancy Risk.
Ectopic Pregnancy ki? USG keno joruri?

If you have a positive pregnancy test but are not planning to continue, your medical safety is the top priority.

Why you must consult a Gynaecologist first:

Ultrasound (USG) is mandatory: To check the location of the pregnancy and determine the exact weeks.

Medical vs. Surgical: The method of termination depends entirely on the duration of the pregnancy.

For safety, pregnancy can be terminated by medicine upto 9 weeks.

The Danger of Ectopic Pregnancy: If the pregnancy is in the tube or o***y, self-medicating is a life risk and can cause internal bleeding.

Never buy medicine from local shops or online without a doctor's prescription. Every pregnancy is different.

Topics covered:

Pregnancy termination safety steps.

The importance of USG in early pregnancy.

Early Pregnancy Symptoms – What to Expect
In this video, we’ll go over the most common early pregnancy symptoms so you can better understand what your body might be telling you.

1. Missed Period One of the earliest and most noticeable signs of pregnancy is a missed period. If your cycle is usually regular and you’ve skipped one, it could be a strong indicator.

2. Nausea and Vomiting (Morning Sickness) Many women experience nausea, especially in the morning, but it can happen at any time of the day. This usually begins a few weeks after conception.

3. Breast Changes Tender, swollen, or sensitive breasts are common in early pregnancy. You may also notice darkening of the area around your ni***es.

4. Fatigue Feeling unusually tired is very common. Your body is working hard to support the developing pregnancy, which can make you feel exhausted.

5. Frequent Urination You may find yourself needing to urinate more often than usual. This happens due to hormonal changes and increased blood flow to the kidneys.

6. Food Aversions or Cravings Suddenly disliking certain foods or craving others is another early sign. Even smells can trigger strong reactions.

7. Mood Swings Hormonal changes can cause emotional ups and downs, making you feel more sensitive than usual.

8. Light Spotting or Cramping Some women experience light spotting or mild cramping, known as implantation bleeding, when the fertilized egg attaches to the uterus.

Conclusion: Remember, every woman’s body is different, and not everyone experiences all of these symptoms. The best way to confirm pregnancy is by taking a test and consulting a healthcare professional.

What's the best time to do a pregnancy test?

I’m breaking down the clinical standard for at-home pregnancy testing.

1. Timing: Always use your first morning urine. This is when your urine is the most concentrated, making the hCG levels easiest for the test to detect.
2. The 3-5 Minute Rule: After taking the test, wait exactly 3 to 5 minutes before reading the window. Reading it too early might give you a faint line, and reading it hours later can result in an "evaporation line."
3. The Next Steps: A home test is just the beginning. To officially confirm a pregnancy, you need:
* Beta hCG Blood Test: To measure the exact level of pregnancy hormones in your blood.
* Ultrasound (USG): To confirm the location and viability of the pregnancy.

Why Thalassemia Testing is Important in Pregnancy?

🧬 Thalassemia is a genetic blood disorder that can be silently carried by parents without symptoms.

👫 If both parents are carriers:
➡️ Baby may have thalassemia disease

Why testing is important
✔️ Detects hidden risks early
✔️ Helps protect your baby’s future
✔️ Allows better pregnancy care & monitoring

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) or Hemoglobin Electrophoresis measures levels of HbA2 and HbF to confirm if the mother is a carrier

Postpartum care isn’t just recovery—it’s the foundation of successful breastfeeding 🤱

✔️ Stay hydrated
✔️ Eat nutrient-dense foods
✔️ Prioritize skin-to-skin contact
✔️ Feed on demand, not on schedule

Your body is designed for this. Support it, don’t rush it. 💛

Why Blood Group Matters in Pregnancy

Did you know your blood group plays a crucial role during pregnancy? Here’s why it’s important

Rh Factor Check - If a mother is Rh-negative blood group and the father is rh positive blood group
the baby may be Rh positive blood group

It will affect the next pregnancy

It can be prevented by anti D injection
Timely anti D injection can safe the next pregnancy
