Have you spent years wondering why your brain just works... differently? Why you lose things, drift mid-conversation, struggle to get tasks completed, even joy feels sensorially overwhelming?
If that sounds familiar, this space was made for you. π

πΏ Reauthoring ADHD Through Narrative Therapy Practice
A full-day in-person workshop
ποΈ 15 March, 2026

For too long, people with ADHD have been told they're lazy, careless, or not trying hard enough. The labels accumulate. And over time, many begin to believe they are the problem.
This workshop invites you to step back from that story.
Through Narrative Therapy, we'll explore:
β¦ Externalisation β separating yourself from internalised labels
β¦ Your unconventional strengths and what they actually are
β¦ Scaffolding strategies that fit how your mind works
β¦ The power of collective support and self-kindness
Facilitated by Krupa β educator, narrative therapy practitioner, Sahapaadi co-founder, and a person with ADHD herself.
β
β οΈ A note before you register
This workshop is specifically designed for people with inattentive-type ADHD β the kind that shows up as difficulty focusing, forgetfulness, mind-wandering, and feeling chronically overwhelmed, rather than physical hyperactivity.
Please note that inattentiveness can also be caused by anxiety, depression, burnout, sleep issues, or phone dependency β conditions that can look very similar to ADHD but need different support. If you haven't been assessed, or if you're unsure whether what you experience is ADHD, we strongly encourage you to consult a mental health professional before joining.
This is not a therapy session. Narrative therapy here is used as a reflective tool β a way to explore and rewrite the stories we carry about ourselves.
β
You were never the problem. πΏ
