Thank you to the The Economic Times for this honour. I accept the 'Distinguished Icon In Healthcare'- Legend Award with humiilty. It has been over four decades of heart surgery for me and now 25 years of establishing the Asian Heart Institute and Research Center, India's No.1 centre for excellence in heart surgery and angioplasty. Our team of doctors believes in honest opinion and surgery only when absolutely necessary. We thank the love of the people for making us the top heart hospital in the country. I congratulate the other awardees too.
