Monsoon myths about your body — busted 🌧️

Myth 1:Extra discharge in monsoon means something’s wrong.
Fact:Humidity naturally increases discharge. What to actually watch for is a change in smell, color, or itching — not the amount alone.

Myth 2:Cold weather or rain itself causes vaginal infections.
Fact:It’s not the rain — it’s what comes with it: damp clothes, less airflow, lower water intake. Control those, and you control most of the risk.

Myth 3:Wearing wet clothes a little longer won’t hurt.Fact:It’s one of the top causes of fungal infections this season. Change out of damp clothes as soon as you can.

Myth 4:If it’s not painful, it’s not worth mentioning to your gynec.
Fact:Itching, odor, or discomfort — even mild — deserve a check, monsoon or not.

Same body, smarter season 💙 Save this and share with someone who needs it.

Please get your levels checked before supplementing. Always. More is not better.

Gynaec hat off. Woman in her 30s hat on.

I noticed it in my own body before I started talking about it on here. The shift in stamina, in weight, in mood. And what genuinely made a difference for me — strength training and protein. Not a supplement. Not a detox. These two things.

I’m not perfect at it. Some days I skip. Some days the protein shake is all I manage. But I keep coming back — because the difference is real.

If you’ve been putting this off — this is your sign.
