Q. 1  Why it is important to remove that discomfort causing wisdom tooth ? 

A: 

• It's causes a pericoronitis ,which means bacteria getting stuck in the percoronal area flap like a pocket .

• Because if its constant pressure on adjacent teeth they start to decay 

• Causes intraoral or extraoral swelling in and around that area 

• Difficulty to open mouth 

• Radiating pain in upper and lower jaws .

Q. 2  After removing any tooth,if not replaced then what can happen ?

A: 

•The teeth adjacent to the missing tooth start to collapse and shift their positions, in short they try to fill up that space 

•The antagonist ( opposite ) tooth misses it's partner so that supraerupts and shortly after becomes mobile or sensitive .

• Bone in that missing tooth area collapses and resorbs
