Meet my youngest client. He’s 87 years young.

Yesterday was our last session together, and I had to document this moment (with his privacy protected, of course). At 87, he showed up to therapy with openness, kindness, and a willingness to reflect.

We often think therapy is for a certain gender, a certain age, a certain crisis, or a certain kind of person. It isn’t.

A beautiful reminder that therapy isn’t about age but willingness! The willingness to grow is ageless
