Just completed the New Manual Articular Approach - Upper Extremity course by the Barral institute’s senior teacher Damian Kitcheman.
Damian & Andy (TA) were super brilliant 👏🏼

The last 8 days were intense — 9:00am to 6:00pm of non-stop training. Absolutely exhausted, but so excited to bring this advanced CPD learning into our treatment approach at PhysioPod Clinic.

From 500 to 157 🎯
My mom age 65 came running to me, she suffers with diabetes. Told me beta I took insulin as well but it has gone to 500 and I’m not feeling well. She said can I go on the terrace for a walk, with that the sugar levels will drop. I told her that are you out of your mind! you’ll get a heart attack, the heart is already pumping double the amount.

Immediately did Craniosacral therapy, release of the heart, aorta and the blood vessels around it and then energy work on her spine, her spine was energetically entangled, I had to immediately de tangle the spinal energy and also did autonomic nervous system treatment on her spine.

I did treatment for exact one hour and observed the sugar levels to drop 📉 and this is the result ☝🏻

Our client S age 41 reported she suffers with sleep issues, interrupted sleep through the night, for this she was taking magnesium supplements every day, took magnesium for a year.

She said, overthinking is on loop. There’s anxiety + stress from high pressure at work. And Brain fog that’s only gotten heavier over the past 2 years.
