Ten years into finance. Today, running a wellness startup. When I started, I didn’t know where I’d land up — but I knew I wasn’t going to stop. 🌿

As a finance professional, I normalised the wrong posture, zero movement, and stress that was quietly taking a toll on my physical and mental health. Until my body said — bas.

That’s when I started looking around and found that every corporate professional was living the same way. Working hard, ignoring their body, and just hoping that health will sort itself out on its own. We’ve never actually learned how to do both together.

Finance and wellness need to complement each other — because if your health doesn’t support your career, you can’t truly enjoy the success it brings.

🇮🇳 India vs 🇯🇵 Japan — ek cheez ne mujhe sabse zyada surprise kiya.

Japan mein meals dekh kar maine notice kiya ki carbs (rice, noodles, etc.) generally bahut chhote portions mein serve kiye jaate hain.

Wahin India mein hamari plates aksar carbs-dominated hoti hain — extra roti, extra rice aur comparatively kam protein.

Issue carbs khana nahi hai.
Issue hai plate ka balance.

Jab plate mein protein, vegetables aur healthy fats ki jagah kam ho jaati hai, toh overeating aur energy crashes common ho sakte hain.

Isliye healthy eating ka matlab carbs ko eliminate karna nahi,
balki unki quantity aur balance ko samajhna hai.
