Then, this is for you!

Senior group Fitness is a module for men and women above the age of 60 and includes specific movements and stretches adapted to age and capability.

Exercises are designed to improve strength, improve memory, maintain balance mobility and coordination and aid healthy ageing.

Date: Friday, 29th September, 4 pm onwards
