Glad to announce the results for my client MR. V. P. Chaudhary. The journey started three months before with his 85kg skinny limbs and shaggy tummy. His stamina was equal to an asthma patient. Still he was confident to start the journey for his transformation. The advantage for me was he was a sports man. A cricketer. His weekend cricket was the lucrative hope for me to start the journey. We started with some walking, hops and other cardio workouts. He needs needed rest every now and then. I had to be patient, as only three to four exercise could be done in 45 mins. Slowly and gradually after so much motivation my work became easier day by day. He started doing things on his own. Still he was afraid of doing strength exercises. So we have to carry out with only cardio exercise. One thing was advantage for me is his regularity and punctuality. Also he is fond of parties with his friends. So it was again difficult to carry on with calorie deficit. I was wondering what will happen will our boths effort will go waste? Still Allah helped us. Now he is 70kg from 85kg and started strength workout and started lifting some weights. Hope for the best results again after three months. People tried to demotivate him still he continued with me. He had good faith in me and trusted me. That played a key role in his transformation. He never asked why? Just started working as I guided without any questions. Thats what a trainer needs . Trust . Thank you V.P. CHAUDHARY for being such a wonderful client.
