Case of the Day...
Patient presented with sudden onset upper abdominal pain and Vertigo. Ultrasound showed heterogeneous splenic parenchymal texture with signs of rupture of diaphragmatic surface of spleen with moderate hemoperitoneum... Life saving surgery revealed spontaneous rupture of splenic hemangioma...
