Male 50 yrs. HCV positive. Had undergone few blood transfusion in past.
Came with loss of appetite and epigastric fullness.
USG showed a large heterogeneous, hyperechoic focal lesion in mid liver displacing vessels laterally as well as irregular internal vessels. There is minimal dilatation of intrahepatic biliary radicles in the left lobe of the liver.
Findings favour Neoplastic liver mass, likely Hepatocellular carcinoma.
