Okay real talk for a second.

I used to think Ho’oponopono was for big things. The fights that don’t resolve. The people who hurt you. The wounds you carry for years.
And then one day I used it after getting stuck in traffic for 45 minutes.
And something shifted.
That’s when I realised — this isn’t a healing technique. It’s a daily shower for your inner world.
You don’t wait to smell bad to shower, right? So why wait for life to break you before you cleanse?

The frustration with your house help. ✓ The overthinking at 2am. ✓ The heaviness you feel about your body. ✓ The harsh word that’s still sitting on your chest. ✓
All of it. Cleansable. Right now.
Swipe through — I’ve broken it all down for you.
And if something in these slides made you go “wait, I need this” — that feeling is your answer.

I have a few spots open for my 1:1 Online Ho’oponopono Sessions. 90 minutes. Just you and me. We go from chaos to calm.
Comment SUKOON below and I’ll personally reach out. Also feel free to share what’s sitting on you today (swipe to the 5 carousel)?

No pressure. Just know the parking space is ready — whenever you are. 🚗

When did breathing become hard work?
Follow for awareness & session updates - if you want to survive healthily in a city!

These days, your lungs are working overtime — against pollution, pace, and the constant low hum of stress. Shallow breathing physically shortens your intercostal muscles over time. Your chest gets tighter. Every breath becomes an effort.

Restorative Yoga works differently. You don’t push. You don’t stretch. You open.
Long-held postures gently lift and broaden the ribcage. Peppermint & Eucalyptus oils clear what’s been blocked. And a guided Ho’oponopono practice helps you forgive the stress & negativity your body has been holding.

Your body remembers what your mind tries to forget.

We are so excited to introduce our new series of deep emotional release. This isn’t just a one-off workshop; it’s a progressive somatic journey. We are starting this series with the HIPS—the area often referred to as the “junk drawer” of our emotions. When we hold onto old stories, they often manifest as tight muscles and restricted breath.

In this opening session, Supriya and myself will guide you through a blend of focused Trataka, deep restoring hip-asanas, and the gentle, clearing power of Ho’oponopono.

This is an invitation to stop “doing” and start “releasing.” No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to be present with yourself.

Sunday, May 17 | 6:15 PM - Ubuntu (Khar - W)

Why join this series?
✨ Move past surface-level stretching.
✨ Release “stuck” energy from the Sacral Chakra.
✨ Learn tools for emotional regulation you can use at home.

Comment ‘HIPS’ below and we’ll DM you the registration link!

In Mumbai, health concerns are typically split between seasonal infections and the long-term “lifestyle” burdens of living in a high-pressure, fast-paced city. The winner as per Indian Society of Hypertension (InSH) 2025/20 is Hypertension prevailing in our city - the “city that never sleeps,” and the constant noise, traffic, and work pressure keep the nervous system in a permanent “high-alert” state.

Our regular weekend sessions - Art of Sukoon, here we journey from chronic to calm with Restorative Asanas, releasing the literal “weight of the city” from your neck and shoulders, restoring nerve function and oxygen flow before the discomfort becomes chronic. Consistency is where the healing happens. Begin your regular restorative journey with us this weekend, happening across Mumbai.

They say you have to live a few different lives before you find the one that truly fits.

Looking back at these slides, I see so many versions of me. The girl obsessed with the glitz of Bollywood, the one borrowing clothes to feel “stunning,” and the one who thought the louder the party, the better the life. But my biggest evolution hasn’t been from media to wellness—it’s been in how I handle all the roles.

I’ve decided to be like cotton. I used to think being “strong” meant being like glass—rigid, sparkling, but easily shattered if hit too hard. I did break too!
But from now, I choose to be more-like cotton. It’s soft, yet it absorbs everything and will release it too, squeezed or cleaned. Negativity can touch it, but it doesn’t break. It holds its shape, stays gentle, and offers a place to rest.

I’m no longer chasing the “new”; I’m practicing the “now.” I am becoming the Sukoon!

Which version of my journey resonates with you today? Let’s chat in the comments. 👇✨
