*What is Jaundice?*
Yellowing of skin and eyes caused by high bilirubin levels in the blood.

*Main Causes:*
- *Liver problems*: Hepatitis, Liver damage, Cirrhosis
- *Blood disorders*: Excess breakdown of red blood cells
- *Bile duct blockage*: Gallstones, Tumors
- *Newborns*: Immature liver function

*Common Symptoms:*
- Yellow skin and eyes
- Dark urine, Pale stools
- Fatigue and weakness
- Nausea, Fever, Abdominal pain
- Itchy skin

*Normal Bilirubin Level:* 0.3 - 1.2 mg/dL

*Prevention & Care:*
1. Drink plenty of water
2. Eat fruits, vegetables, and light food
3. Avoid alcohol and oily food
4. Get vaccinated for Hepatitis A & B
5. Consult a doctor if symptoms appear

*When to see a Doctor:*
If yellowing lasts more than 1 week or with fever, vomiting, severe pain
