जेव्हा आपण seriously business करत असतो, तेव्हा फक्त काम करत नाही – आपण सतत शिकत असतो.
इतरांना काही देताना, “आपण कुठे कमी पडायला नको” ही जाणीव मनात कायम असते. आणि ते म्हणतातच ना
"Business = Being Busy"
मी काय वेगळं, चांगलं आणि नवीन देऊ शकते, ह्यावरच माझा सर्वाधिक focus असतो.
ह्याच विचारातून सुरुवात झाली MCA Program ची —
जिथे आम्हा coaches ना सखोल training दिली जाते.
तेथे एक गोष्ट प्रकर्षाने जाणवली…या प्रवासात मला अनेक दिग्गजांना प्रत्यक्ष ऐकता आलं,
त्यांचे अनुभव समजून घेता आले,
आणि त्यांच्या विचारांतून खोलवर शिकता आलं.
तो प्रत्येक संवाद, प्रत्येक session — माझ्या दृष्टीकोनाला समृद्ध करणारा ठरला.
आपण खूप काही जाणतो, पण अजून खूप काही शिकायचं बाकी आहे.
ते शिकले…
ते मनापासून implement केले… छान earning करू शकले आणि म्हणूनच मला Achiever Award आणि Finisher Award ने सन्मानित करण्यात आले.
